Gluten-Free Glory






Hey all!

I just completed my very first gluten-free cake and it was such a blast! It’s for a young girl’s birthday tomorrow and I can’t wait for her to cut into this delicious treat! This cake has three layers with buttercream frosting in between each and a beautiful yellow rose decoration around the outside. For the cake itself, I used a gluten-free flour mix and cornstarch in place of regular flour and had no issues with it.
