Berry Bark

CaptureHappy Monday! Ready to start the week off right with a delicious, healthy treat? Check out this awesome and super simple recipe below! It only takes a few minutes to throw together and can last you all week (if you’re the only one eating it). Feel free to leave comments/questions below and let me know how yours turns out!


  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt (any yogurt will work)
  • 1/4 cup agave (honey or maple syrup are also OK to use)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • pinch salt
  • strawberries, sliced
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • chopped pecans, for garnish


  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine yogurt, agave, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt; whisk until thoroughly combined.

  3. Transfer yogurt mixture to previously prepared baking sheet and spread it around to an even thickness.

  4. Top with berries.

  5. Garnish with nuts (optional)

  6. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm (make sure to store this in the freezer as well).

  7. Cut into pieces and serve.

  8. Enjoy!
